How can I update my collection method?
You can update your collection method in the app or the website for future tests.
On the app:
Open the Thriva app and tap on the person icon on the top right
Tap "Subscriptions and Orders"
Scroll down to testing method, and tap `'Edit"
Select the option that applies to you and then "Save changes"
On the website:
Log into Thriva and click on "Account" in the top right
Click "Subscriptions and Orders"
Scroll down to testing method, and click `'Edit"
Select the option that applies to you and then "Save changes"
If you already have a kit or it's on it's way, and you'd like to update the testing method for it. Please reach out to our team at hello@thriva.co and they'll send through a replacement kit.
