Posting your sample in the heat ☀️

Written by Renee Parmar

Thursday 21st May

We're expecting some high temperatures over the next week🌡

If you're in an area experiencing temperatures of 30°C or more, we'd recommend holding off from taking and posting your sample. This is because the heat could affect samples whilst on the way to the lab, and we might not be able to analyse them.

Once the temperatures have lowered next week, you can take and post your sample back to us.

If you have to post your sample when it's hot, we recommend posting your sample in the morning, before it reaches 25°C. And ensuring it's sent in a postbox that will be collected before it gets too warm.

Please drop us a message to hello@thriva.co if you have any further questions at all. And stay safe in the heat.
