Due to postal delays and lab closures over the holiday season, please post your blood sample to the lab before 20th December 2023.

We're expecting slightly longer delays due to higher mail volumes over the holidays. So please don't worry if your sample takes a little bit longer than usual to arrive. You’ll receive a text/email notification when the lab receives it.

Does your pack contain the omega 3&6 test?

Omega results take 15 working days to process. So if your test package includes omega 3&6 and you'd like your results before the Christmas closure, we'd recommend collecting your sample and posting it no later than 29th November 2023.

Can’t take your sample before the deadline?

If you can’t take your sample before the 20th December (or 29th November for omegas), please wait until after 3rd January 2024, when there will be less delays.
