Tile Descriptions:
Invited - The number of users invited to Thrive within the last 12 months.
Activated - The number of users who redeemed their accounts within the last 12 months.
Onboarded - The number of users who activated their account and redeemed at least 1 service within the last 12 months.
Engaged - The number of users using the platform within the last 30 days who activated their account within 6 months.
Transitioned - Total users who have transitioned within the last 12 months. A user is considered to have transitioned when they find a new role, enter full-time schooling or retire.
NPS: Thrive's current Net Promotor Score (NPS). NPS represents the percentage of users who rated their likelihood to recommend Thrive as 9 or 10 minus the percentage of users who rated this at 6 or below on a scale from 0 to 10.
