User Management is one of the Client Portal's major feature sets. Unlike traditional career transition providers, Thrive allows you to invite users and deposit funds directly. To do so, simply follow the steps below.
1. Select Users from the side navigation menu on the left
2. Click the Add New User button
3. A new form to create a user registration will appear
ATTENTION: Please ensure you have had all relevant notification conversations with the affected employees prior to sending the invitations.
Upon entering an email and phone number, there will be options for you to select under Invite - Email and Invite - SMS.
Thrive Invitation Options:
Don’t Send - No invitation will be sent.
Now - An invitation will be sent to the user immediately.
Schedule - An invitation will be scheduled and sent to the user on a specified date and time. The scheduled time will be in your local time.
Starting Dollar Balance: Enter the full amount allocated to the user's Welcome Package. This amount should include any Flex Spend that this user can use in the marketplace. Please note that balances cannot be changed once a user has activated.
Invitation Summary: Review the full breakdown of the Welcome Package to ensure accuracy and select Save.
