How do I revoke a user's invite?

In rare instances, you may wish to revoke a user's invite. If the user is still listed as Invited under the Portal Status column on the Users page, you can withdraw their invite by clicking the Revoke button.

Please note once you click the Revoke button and confirm the action, the user will not be able to activate their Thrive account and will not receive a notification.
