How Do I Use My Action Plan?

Your guide to staying organized and focused during your job search.

Updated over 3 months ago

Once you have logged into the Thrive portal, you’ll see your Action Plan directly on your dashboard, or you can access it from the left-hand menu.

What is the Action Plan?

The Action Plan is your customizable task list designed to help you jumpstart your job search journey, navigate the platform, and stay focused on high-impact activities. It highlights key features, suggests next steps, and tracks your progress so you always know where to focus.

Over the years, Thrive has helped thousands of job seekers land new roles. By analyzing what successful participants actually did on our platform, we’ve identified the highest-impact actions and built them into a progressive sequence. Each task is designed to help you move through your search more efficiently, so you spend less time figuring out what to do next and more time making progress.

Getting started
