Your SkillsID is a list of your existing skills based on your experience that is generated on Thrive. To get your SkillsID, scroll to the bottom of the Career Path Explorer page and Upload or Select Resume from the Resumes section. The Career Path Explorer will pull the skills from your resume to populate your SkillsID profile. You instantly see a list of skills based on your resume.

Select Explore Careers to view job profiles based on your experience. Each job title will list key skills that are required and compare those skills to your SkillsID. Click Learn More to view jobs in your area along with learning recommendations to close the gap and land your next opportunity.
