Why won't my resume upload?

We recommend uploading your resume in DOC, DOCX or PDF for the best results. Resumes saved as RTF will not upload to the Career Path Explorer. However, you can export your resume into a compatible format before uploading it.

If you are experiencing skills not being properly pulled from your resume into your SkillsID, please reach out to support by opening a chat or emailing us at employmentservices@thrivemycareer.com and letting us know what resume you are working with and what skills are missing. Your feedback can help ensure we make our tools as easy to use as possible.
