How do I activate my account?

You should have received an email invitation to activate your Thrive Client Portal account (please check your spam folder if you do not see an email). Click the Get Started button within this email to take you to the sign-up page for your Client Portal account. Here, you'll be prompted to create a password (must be between 8 and 70 characters long and include one uppercase, 1 lower case, 1 digit and 1 special character).

After creating a password and agreeing to Thrive's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you can click Create Account. You're now ready to begin using the Client Portal!
