How do I look up a client in the Admin Hub?

User Lookup

The Users section of the Client Admin Hub provides transparency with details
about your jobseeker program participants. Admins can view User information such
as saved resumes and recent activity to make sure that participants are on the right
path.

After logging into ontario-hub.thrivemycareer.com, select Users from the left-hand navigation bar. This will take you to the User Registrations list.

Within the Users section you can:

  • Search for an individual participant by name, email or phone number.

  • Select View to look at individual participant information such as activity, resumes and application history.
