Please follow the steps below if your client requires help accessing the Thrive Jobseeker Portal:
Access the Thrive Admin Hub by logging in here, or by logging into ESCases, selecting your name in the top right corner, select My Profile, and then the Thrive tab. From here, you can access your Thrive Admin Hub account.
Search for your client via name or email under User Lookup within the Thrive Admin Hub.
When you find the name of the client you want to look up, select View under their name. From there you will go to the Account Details page.
Option 1: Your client has logged in before and created their password.
Review the Registration Details section: If your client has logged in before and has forgotten their password, there will be a date under Last Login and NO Invite URL.
Direct them to the Thrive Jobseeker Portal (https://ontario.thrivemycareer.com/) to log in with their email and password. They have the option to select Reset Your Password in case they have forgotten their password.
Option 2: Your client has not logged in before.
Review the Registration Details section: If your client has NOT logged in before, their Last Login will read Unknown. And you will see an Invite URL.
If you copy and send your client their unique invite link, they can create a Thrive password and access their account.
