How do I use Coach Control from ESCases?

If your client (jobseeker) has an email in ESCases, you can use the Coach Control function to perform actions on their behalf.

Click on the Coach Control button (shown below) to access your client's Thrive account. This same function can be accessed in the Thrive Admin Hub.

This is the same Coach Control feature that is found in the Thrive Admin Hub and you can access it from ESCases or Thrive!
