How do I register a Self-Directed client for Thrive?

If you have a client who is not eligible for Case-Managed, they can still access Thrive for 90 days as a Self-Directed client. Your client can register for 90 Days of Thrive access by filling out the registration form at https://employnext.ca/. You can also register on their behalf. Your client will be required to accept the privacy policy and terms of service before accessing Thrive.

To register your client, please follow the steps below:

  • Select their region

  • Select Find Jobs from the homepage

  • Click Start Here

  • Fill out the form on behalf of your client and select the Self-Directed option

Once the registration form is complete, a page will appear to opt into Self-Directed 90-day access. Select the 90-day access, and click Continue. Your client will immediately receive an invite to start using Thrive. They have 90 days to activate their account before their invite expires.

If an individual is a resident of Ontario, legally allowed to work in Canada and on a student Visa, they are only eligible for the 90-day Self-Directed access to Thrive.

*Please note all of your case-managed clients will be invited through ESCases.
