I cannot find my client in Thrive. What do I do?

If you see from ESCases that your user has a Thrive account, try searching for your user via email and then name in Thrive. If you cannot find them, you likely need to be added as their Assigned Consultant.

Please reach out to your Thrive Champion, so they can edit the user and add you as the Assigned Consultant in Thrive. Once you reload your page, you should be able to view your client!
