Click on the Coach Control button (shown below) to access your client's Thrive account.
You will be redirected to a new page where there will be a blue banner at the top of the page that says "You are in Career Coaching Mode for xyz..." Thats when you know you're in the right spot!
From there, you will click on the dropdown where it shows the client's name and click on Account Settings on the top right corner of the page.
Once you scroll down, you will see the option Change Email Address. You can proceed to enter the new email, then click Update Email.
You will be logged out of Coach Control, from the jobseeker side, after you have completed these steps. Please return to the Ontario Admin Hub and click on Users and verify the email has been updated.
You can update a jobseeker's name in the portal from these settings as well. Please reach out to your Champion or Thrive to edit a jobseekers email in the Admin Hub side.
Please Note: These changes only affect Thrive. If you would like to change an email in ESCases as well, you will need to edit the email from your ESCases Admin account.
