Any co-worker with the Caseworker Permission, needs to be the Assigned Consultant to view a client within Thrive. If they were not automatically assigned, when the user was provisioned, you can follow the steps below.
In the Users tab, type in the client's name and click 'Edit'
Under the subheading Account, there will be a dropdown titled Consultants. Click the arrow and pick who you'd like to assign as the client's consultant.
Once you click on the consultant's name, it will appear under Assigned Consultants.
Now, your co-worker will be able to see the client in the Users tab!
