How do I unpublish/delete a job post?

If you have a job post created and it is either live or saved as a draft you can unpublish or delete this at any time.

1. Unpublish a job post

Unpublishing a live job post will remove it from the job board and jobseekers will no longer be able to see it. You will be able to refer back to this job description in the future.

Select Job Board from the left-hand side menu and find the job that needs to be unpublished under All jobs or Published jobs.

You can also sort by status to find Published jobs.

Click on the three dots under Actions and click on Unpublish.

Confirm that you want to Unpublish this job post.

You will see confirmation at the top right-hand corner.

2. Delete a Job Post

Deleting a job post will remove it from the job board and jobseekers will no longer be able to see it. You will no longer be able to refer back to this job description in the future.

Select Job Board from the left-hand side menu and find the job that needs to be deleted.

You can also sort by status to find jobs.

Click on the three dots under Actions and click on Delete.

Confirm that you want to Delete this job post.

You will see confirmation at the top right-hand corner.
