By publishing your resume, your resume becomes searchable by recruiters in Thrive who are actively hiring for open roles with your skill sets. If you want to stay out of employer searches, select Unpublish.

To publish or unpublish, select the three-dot drop-down from the Resumes page.

By default, your resume is anonymized and your name and contact information do not appear on the resume they see (see sample resume below).

What they do see are skills that are taken from your resume using AI, and your work history and job titles. The skills they are searching for are highlighted so that you stand out in their search.

You can publish more than one resume, recruiters will only see the resume that best matches their search criteria.
