How can I update a client's name or email in Thrive?

1. If your client has the Portal Status Invited, you can update their name or email address by clicking the Edit button from their user profile.

You will need to select the Resend Invite button to send a Thrive invitation to the new email address.

2. If your client has the Portal Status Active please email albertasupport@thrivemycareer.com to update the details on your behalf. This ensures the name and email are updated within the jobseekers account as well as in the Admin Portal.
