Click on the Resumes tab. You have the option to create a Starter Resume (using AI), Upload a Resume, or Create a Resume (without using AI).

To create a new resume using AI, click on Start with AI. Input information about any work experience, education, skills or additional info you would like to include and select Generate with AI. You can enter information in either point form or paragraph form. Review your generated draft for accuracy and edit as needed.

To upload your resume to edit and use a template, select Upload Resume from the Already have a resume box.

To start a resume using a Thrive template, select Create Resume from the Create a Resume with a Template box.

Once you're done, you can visit the Resume Dashboard to view/edit your resumes, rename them, export them, or delete them. You can also duplicate a resume to make changes to highlight different skills.
