There are two levels of access for Thrive Admin Portal members:

1. Alberta Staff Access

Most staff have the Alberta Staff Access Permission. This means they only access the Users and Support tab within Thrive.

2. Alberta Admin Access

​Admins with the Alberta Admin Access permission can access the Users and Support tab, as well as the Admin Members tab within Thrive.
