Thrive allows recruiters to search for candidates like you to fill the open roles that they are actively hiring for. You have the option of being visible to these recruiters or not.

To update your settings, go to your Account Settings and review the Resume Visibility to Recruiters section.

Your personal information such as name, phone number, email and address are anonymized to recruiters by default. If any recruiter is interested in speaking to you about an open role, they can reach out through the Thrive platform and you will receive an email (using the account you have used for your Thrive profile).

Recruiters will see skills that are taken from your resume using AI, and your work history and job titles. The skills they are searching for are highlighted so that you stand out in their search.

Recruiters will only see your email address, after you reply to their email outreach.
