Talent Exchange allows users to search for candidates with matching skills to posted jobs, but how do jobseekers share their resumes?

Thrive Jobseekers can share their resumes by:

Reviewing/Editing Their Permission Settings

Jobseekers can update their settings from the Resumes page and select the option to "Review Permissions" under Resume Visibility Settings.

Jobseekers can also change their Resume Visibility to Recruiters settings under their Account Settings.

Publishing their resume

Jobseekers can select one, or multiple resumes that they wish to be searchable by Talent Exchange users. By publishing more than one resume, Talent Exchange users will only see the resume that best matches their search criteria.

About the Resume Information that is Shared

Jobseeker personal information such as name, phone number, email and address are anonymized to recruiters by default. If any recruiter is interested in speaking to a jobseeker about an open role, they can reach out through the Thrive platform and the jobseeker will receive an email. The jobseeker email is only show to the employer after the jobseeker, or their coach, replies to the email outreach.

When performing a Candidate Search, Talent Exchange users will be able to see skills taken from jobseeker's resumes using AI, work history and job titles. See example below.

Jobseekers are opted-in to the Talent Exchange features by default.
