Within your Pipeline, you can manually change a candidate‘s status by either:
1. Changing directly from your Pipeline, or by
2. Changing the status from the candidate‘s profile page
1. Changing directly from your Pipeline
To change a candidate’s status from the Pipeline page, click on the three dots under Actions and select the applicable status.
View
Select view to see a candidate’s full profile.
Contact
Contact will take you to the contact page. Any communication sent to a candidate will automatically change a candidate’s status to Contacted Candidates.
Follow Up
Use this selection to make a note to you or your team to follow up with this candidate. The candidate will not be alerted of this change.
Reject
Select reject to move a candidate to this status. You can refer back to this candidate as needed. The candidate will not be alerted of this change.
Remove
Remove this candidate from your pipeline completely. The candidate will not be alerted of this change.
2. Changing the status from the candidate’s profile page
To change a candidate’s status from their profile page, click on the three dots under Actions and select View. From there you can change a status by clicking on the Status button on the upper right-hand corner.

Saved to Pipeline
This indicates that this candidate has already been saved to your pipeline.
Follow Up
Use this selection to make a note to you or your team to follow up with this candidate. The candidate will not be alerted of this change.
Reject
Select reject to move a candidate to this status. You can refer back to this candidate as needed. The candidate will not be alerted of this change.
Remove
Remove this candidate from your pipeline completely. The candidate will not be alerted of this change.
Thrive Tip: You can contact a candidate directly from their profile by selecting Contact.
