From the Pipeline page, click on the three dots on the pipeline you are working on, and select View.

If you have saved candidates to your Pipeline you will see a list under Saved to Pipeline on the top menu.

Select Contact under the three dots in the Actions column to send a candidate a message.

Once you have sent a candidate a message, they will move to the Contacted Candidates tab.
