If you are unable to hear anything during your Onboarding Meeting, please check your audio by selecting the arrow beside the mute button on the bottom bar on Zoom.
Please ensure your speaker is turned on. Try increasing the volume on your device and on Zoom, and test using earphones or a different device.
Make sure Zoom also has permission to access your devices.
