What is the refund/cancellation policy for purchased sessions?

Please be careful in selecting your appointment time with our service providers. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time it will count as a completed and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you do need to re-schedule, or cancel, a purchase please reach out to our support team via email or chat in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Please Note: Coaching sessions must be delivered less than 3 months after your Thrive account expires.
