Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

Cancellations and modifications can be made up until 24 hours from the session's start time. Be sure to email us at albertasupport@thrivemycareer.com or your Coach that you had your session scheduled with, to let us know if you have to reschedule!

If you cancel or modify a booking within 24 hours of the session's start time:

  • The session will be considered utilized and you will not have the opportunity to rebook the session or regain the tokens spent

  • Failure to attend the session is considered as a cancellation within 24 hours of start time

  • You may not send a stand-in attendee in your place to the session, this is also considered a cancellation within 24 hours and your stand-in will be asked to leave the session

Please note, attending the Onboarding and Career Path Coaching sessions are part of the mandatory Income Support Action Plan. Failure to comply with the Action Plan will result in holding of Income Support benefits.
