Coach - Session Invite - Reschedule/Cancel

Related to the new coach inviting clients to a session feature, you will now also have the ability to reschedule and cancel.

Key Benefits

  • As a coach, you can directly reschedule /cancel a session with your client rather than going through Thrive support or requesting a client reschedule a session

** Please Note - Currently extending a session beyond its scheduled duration is not available functionality, however to self-serve and for any last-minute changes (if there's not enough time to go through Thrive Support), you can quickly cancel a session and rebook a session using the steps below. If you need any further support and time allows, you can contact 'coach support' and they will be able to extend the session for you, subject to your availability.**

Here is how to Reschedule/Cancel

RESCHEDULING THE SESSION -

Navigate to 'My Sessions' and select the session you wish to amend.

3. On the following page you have the ablity to 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'.

4. Press 'Reschedule'

  • This page provides an overview of the quick and easy process; Press 'Start'.

4. The following page will allow you to pick a new date and time:

5. You will see the booking summary page with - New Session Time 'Proposed'

You have a chance to write an optional message to the client (500 Characters Max)

Review these details and press 'Invite'.

6. The final page confirms the new proposed date/time has been sent and the client will receive a notification email, from which they can accept/decline the new proposed date/time.

By pressing the Accept or Decline button:

The client will be taken to the platform, where they can take the necessary action.

CANCELLING THE SESSION

Navigate to 'My Sessions' and select the session you wish to amend.

2. On the following page you will have the ability to 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'

3. Press 'Cancel'

4. You will get a pop-up message as seen in the screenshot below

5 If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, press 'Yes'

6. The next page confirms the cancellation of the chosen session

7. You will then see this cancelled session listed as cancelled on your sessions overview page
