Session invites from your coach

Our global coach team now have the ability to send session invites directly to you.

Key Benefits

  • Your coach can manage the booking process: This eliminates the administrative burden for you. You simply need to accept or decline the proposed time, making scheduling hassle-free.

  • Flexible scheduling options: The coach can reserve you a specific time slot or open up availability outside of their normal schedule, offering greater flexibility to fit your schedule.

  • Easy rescheduling and cancellations: If needed, the coach can handle rescheduling or cancelling sessions on your behalf, removing the need for you to manage any of the administrative details.

How you will see the invites:

  1. Once your coach has invited you to a session, you will receive this email

2. Clicking on the 'Accept or Decline' button will take you through to the platform

3. On logging in, you will see you have a notification of an invite waiting

4. Press 'view' which will take you through to your invites page - Here you can accept or decline the invite.

5. You can also press the three dots which will show a pop-out window with these options - should you wish view the coach or contact them.

Accepting the invite:

  • On accepting an invite, the session will be confirmed and listed in your and the coach’s session list. Credits will be ‘charged’ in the same manner as if you were making a booking and the standard cancellation policy applies.

  • After accepting, you will be directed to complete the pre-session questionnaire. If you skip for now, you can do this at a later date and normal reminders will be sent via email.

7. On pressing 'submit' you will be taken to the confirmation page

The session will now be added your diary.

Declining the invite:

8. If you wish to decline the invite, you will be brought through to this page to either simply 'decline' or 'Decline and book a new time'. The latter will revert you to the normal booking process.

9. A notification email will be sent to the coach informing them of the decline.

10. You will receive email notification of the decline and we encourage you to contact the coach to re-book

Notes/FAQs

Invite Expiry - If you do not respond to an invite within the expiry period of 7 days, it will automatically be marked as expired. After an invite has expired:

  • The slot will no longer be blocked on a coach’s calendar.

  • It can no longer be accepted or declined by yourself.

Credits - No credits are ‘charged’ until you accept an invite.

Rescheduled session - If you decline a proposed new time for a session, the session remains booked at the original time.
