Coach Invoicing - How to Download sessions to create your invoice

Creating your monthly invoice doesn’t need to be a hassle. We’ve made it easy for you to download your sessions and get your invoice sorted in just a few steps.

Follow this quick guide to get everything you need in minutes:

2. Navigate to 'My Sessions' and select the previous month using the date selector.

3. Toggle 'Advanced View'

4. Click ‘Download’ – this will export your sessions into an Excel (CSV) file.

5. Open the file – it will include key details such as: Session length, the programme, Client name, Client Company, status and the credit.

6. Copy the data from the CSV and paste it directly into your invoicing template.
