After a session ends, an AI summary is created automatically if the session was recorded and the client did not opt out. The summary becomes available shortly after the session finishes and helps you review what was discussed without replaying the full call.
You can find the AI summary here:
Go to My Sessions β Select the relevant session
Open Session details β View the Call summary
Access the AI summary and full transcript
If you need a written record:
Open the Call summary β Select Download transcript
Save it to your device
Use it for follow ups, notes, or personal record
NOTE: If you do not see an AI summary, check whether the session was recorded and whether the client opted out before the session started.
