How Your Data Is Protected at Thrive
This article explains who can access your data inside MyThrive and how it is protected.
Your Personal Calendar Data
When you sync your calendar:
Only you can see your event titles inside MyThrive.
Clients cannot see your calendar details.
Clients only see you as “unavailable.”
Our internal team can only view your free/busy status.
We cannot see event names, meeting content or private calendar information.
Session Recordings and Transcripts
If a session is recorded and the client has not opted out:
Recordings are processed under GDPR safeguards.
Data is used solely to generate transcripts and summaries.
Session data is not used for AI training.
Access is restricted and protected under strict security controls.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials confidential
Not sharing access with third parties
Using secure passwords
Informing us immediately if your account may be compromised
