Your Personal Data

Session Recordings and Transcripts

If your session is recorded and you have not opted out:

  • Recordings are processed under GDPR safeguards.

  • Transcripts and AI summaries are generated securely.

  • Your session data is not used to train AI systems.

The data is only used to provide you with your transcript and summary.


What You and Your Coach Can See

  • Only you and your coach can see what has been discussed in your sessions.

  • Your session conversations remain confidential between you and your coach.

  • Admin users cannot access the content of your sessions.

Your privacy within the coaching relationship is respected at all times.


What Admins Can See

What you Thrive Admin team may see:

  • Generic session details such as date and time

  • Booking status

  • Attendance status

They cannot see:

  • What was discussed

  • Session recordings content

  • Transcript content

Access is limited to what is necessary for operational support.


Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details secure

  • Not sharing your password with anyone

  • Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
