Booking Eligibility and Credits

How credits affect whether a client can book sessions

Credit types

Each client is linked to two credit pools:

  • Client credits
    Assigned directly to the individual

  • Organisation credits
    Provided through the organisation’s plan

How eligibility works

A client may appear to have credits, but booking depends on both pools.

  • If either pool is empty, the client becomes Not eligible

  • This means no new session can be booked

Organisation priority

The organisation credit pool always takes priority.

  • If organisation credits = 0

  • Even if client credits > 0

  • The client is still Not eligible

What this means for you

  • Always check booking eligibility, not just credits

  • Do not rely on client credits alone

  • If a client cannot book, the issue may sit with the organisation

Quick check

Before booking, ask:

  • Does the client have credits?

  • Does the organisation have credits?

  • Is the client marked as Eligible?

If one fails, booking will not be possible.
