How do I cancel a session? (Coach)

Please note that this should only happen in extenuating circumstances, e.g., sudden illness.

If possible, first contact us via the Support button in the bottom right to explain the reason for cancellation, so we can inform the client before we cancel the session on the platform.

If you do have to cancel through the platform, please follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your MyThrive

2. Click on the name of the session to open your booking

3. Click on the ‘Cancel’ option on the right

4. Once you have cancelled, contact us via the Support button in the bottom right to explain the reason for cancellation, so we can inform the client.
