A user is only considered as an ‘Active User’ once they book their first session, be it with a Thrive coach or an Internal coach (if this is enabled for your cohort).
A registered Employee or an Enterprise Admin is shown as a registered user, which is included in the ‘Registered users’ count on the ‘Platform Insights’.
A user continues to be identified as an Active User irrespective of:
The resulting status of the session. Be it:
Completed
Cancelled
Late cancelled
Did not attend
Time passed since booking their first session
