1. Log in to your MyThrive account
2. Click on ‘Start Session’ on the left-hand side of the session
3. Your session window will open
4. You will then see a red button on the bottom right. The button will give you options to choose, select which is most relevant.
5. If you select 'session completed' you will be redirected to the session feedback which will open in a new window.
If you ever see any of your session status' are marked as ‘Expired’ please reach out to the support team on the platform which can be found by clicking on the below icon on the bottom right of your screen and the support team will update this for you.
