How is my client notified about feedback?

Find out how and what feedback your client will receive

Once you have completed the feedback form, your client will receive a notification from MyThrive via email.

This initial email notification will include information from two of the questions you complete, namely:

  • What actions were agreed during the session?

  • What is the proposed next topic for coaching?

It will look like this example below:

Once they click through the link, your client can see the extended form in full, as well as book their next session with you.
