Go to your account settings page.
Uncheck the "Receive Communication Emails" checkmark. Your preferences are saved automatically.
If you want to re-enable it, simply tick off the checkmark again.
You can also unsubscribe from emails, by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the Thrive email.
