Here are a few strategies to lower your profile consumption before you hit the limit.
Prioritize new or high-value profiles
Only refresh when something likely changed (like a job change)
Before a refresh, check to see whether the primary experience is still relevant—if so, avoid a refresh
If there are fewer than 3 experience records that need updating, manually update instead of using a credit
Coordinate with your team to avoid duplicate refreshes
