You will receive the equivalent dollar value of your traded-in items in Thryft credits issued via a gift card. Credits are not exchangeable for cash, and will be sent to your email together with a breakdown of the value of each item. The credits will be sent 4-6 weeks after your pick-up or drop-off date.

The credits can be spent on our Thryft platform for other items that you want instead.

Do note that Thryft credits are different from our Thryft Rewards points which are for our Thryft Rewards programme!
