You will receive the equivalent dollar value of your traded-in items in Thryft credits issued via a gift card. Credits are not exchangeable for cash, and will be sent to your email together with a breakdown of the value of each item. The credits will be sent 6-8 weeks after your pick-up or drop-off date.

You can spend your credits on our online store (including clothes, books, vintage books and vinyl), or in our physical store(s) (excluding vendor items).

Do note that Thryft credits are different from our Thryft Rewards points which are for our Thryft Rewards programme!

Kindly note that you may receive more than one email in total, containing a breakdown of the value of the items you've dropped off, and they may or may not be credited in tandem. Due to the nature of our operations, books are credited separately from clothes should you be trading in both item types. You may also receive an additional email should vintage and rare books be present within your drop-off of books.
