Operating hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm
(Kindly note that with the exception of the drop-off point, the warehouse itself is not open to public)
When at the drop-off point, scan the QR code available to fill up the drop-off form*, which will help us to process your items correctly.
*The form collects your contact details, number of items, boxes/bags as well as a photograph of your items at the drop-off point. Get these ready for an easier drop-off process!
**Bags or boxes without labels AND a corresponding form submission might get misplaced or will be treated as item donations if we are unable to find any relevant information. Please help us to process your items properly by following all the instructions above :)
