Members can access their Cigna digital ID cards by creating an account and logging into the Cigna member portal from a computer or mobile device. Once logged in, they can navigate to the “ID Cards” section on the main page. From there, they can view, download, or print their ID card as needed, or request a physical card by contacting Cigna directly.
Cigna provides physical and digital ID cards, which means you can easily access, print, or email yours by using the myCigna Account Login or the myCigna mobile app.
Here are the quickest ways to find your dental ID card:
Online via the myCigna Website
Go to myCigna and log in to your account.
Navigate to the "ID Cards" section on your dashboard.
Select your dental plan to view both the front and back of your card.
From here, you can print a temporary copy or email it directly to your dentist.
Through the myCigna App
Download and open the myCigna app on your smartphone or tablet.
Tap "ID Cards" from the home screen.
You can save your digital card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or fax/email it straight to your provider's office.
What if you don't have an account or need a physical card?
If you have not registered for an account and need to see a dentist immediately, you can still access proof of coverage.
Call Cigna Dental Customer Service directly at 1-800-244-6224 to retrieve your member ID or verify your benefits.
You can also have a physical card mailed to your address, which typically takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
