Can I get a refund for my ticket?

We know plans can change and things come up, but our tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis. This is because we work closely with venues and hosts, and your ticket secures your place at the event. That said, if we ever change or cancel an event, you’ll of course be entitled to a refund.
