Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Thursday tickets are non-refundable.
There is one clear exception: if Thursday cancels an event, a full refund including any booking fees will be issued automatically. You do not need to request this.
If you have already been told you will receive a refund and want to check on its status, follow up directly with your local host via the city Instagram page, as refund decisions and updates are managed by them.
