If you miss a payment or your direct debit is unsuccessful, PremFina will let you know by SMS, email and post.
A default fee of £27.50 applies, unless stated otherwise
PremFina will attempt to collect the payment again within seven to 10 days, as long as they have valid bank details for you
If the second attempt fails or your bank details are invalid, PremFina will send another reminder by email or post within seven to 10 days of the original payment due date
To avoid cancellation, please check the SMS, email or letter PremFina sent for your payment deadline.
The email or letter will confirm if another collection attempt is scheduled and the date they will reapply for payment.
You can bring your account up to date at any point by making a payment in the PremFina payment portal.
The portal will tell you if a direct debit reattempt is already in progress to help you avoid making a duplicate payment.
