The login link we send when you first open the Ticker app is a one-time registration link, and we send a unique link to each driver on the policy.
If you're having trouble with your link, try these tips:
Make sure your phone is updated to the latest operating system
Check for Ticker app updates
If you've clicked the link in an email app, try opening your email in a web browser
If the magic link doesn't work, we also include a six-digit code in the email. On the Ticker app login screen, tap "Tap to use your code instead", and enter the code from the email we sent you.
