How to change email addresses for a policy

If the any of the email addresses you gave us when you set up your policy are wrong, just start a chat in the Ticker app and we'll get that changed.

The email address for the policyholder must be for the main driver, and not the email address for the person who purchased the policy.

It's a condition of your insurance that each person on the policy is logged in to the Ticker app, using their own personal email address.

If you notice any other details on the policy are incorrect, please start a chat through the app.
