When you've successfully paired your phone and stick-on Ticker device, you'll see the 'You're set up' message. After that, just make sure you always have Bluetooth, location services (always on) and mobile data on when you drive.
You need to ensure that low power mode is not stopping the Ticker app from running in the background.
Tip: all pairing is done through the Ticker app and you may not see the Ticker device in your phone's Bluetooth devices list. This is normal, so there's nothing to worry about.
